Vonage LSR Guidelines

Welcome!

Welcome to the Vonage portal for the guidelines to enable the processing of Local Service Requests (LSR's). We are providing your company with documents needed in order to do business with us. We are also requesting that you provide us with the information required to do business in your market.

The following documents are included:

  • Vonage Guidelines for LNP Ordering - This document will assist your company in gaining access to the Vonage Graphical User Interface and placing LSRs for porting numbers.
  • Vonage Trading Partner Profile - This document provides general Vonage contact information, and information required to submit porting requests to Vonage. It also allows Vonage to obtain contact and connectivity information required to do business with your company. In order to obtain access to the Vonage Graphical User Interface, Please fill out this form and return it to vonagelnp@vonage.com.
  • Port Request - Submit your LSRs here. Completion of a Vonage Trading Partner Profile is required for access to the port out request Graphical User Interface.
  • LSR Receive Instruction Guide - Instructions for the Vonage port out request Graphical User Interface.
  • Support - Get Help from the Porting Help Desk by email.
